About Us

Founded in 2013, The Baby Leader Australia is dedicated to amplifying the Voice of the Baby—at home, in the workplace, across the media, and within society—to create desired outcomes for babies and their families in every environment.

This initiative was established by Tahna Leader, an experienced Online Postnatal Consultant and Coach with over 20 years of hands-on experience being with, caring for, and responding to babies and supporting their families. Tahna combines her deep practical knowledge with a strong foundation in tertiary and vocational education to provide professional care, support and guidance.

Through our Online Support Network, The Baby Leader connects you with Tahna and a community of supportive, like-minded parents. Together, we empower you with knowledge, encourage wellbeing, and prioritise safety during the transformative postnatal period. Our mission is to help you confidently nurture the next generation—who, in turn, will nurture the next, and the next, and so on. You get the idea: the ripple effect starts here!
